What a terrific week we have had.
We started the week with making delicious Hot Cross Buns. This created a lot of discussion around Maths especially measuring ingredients!
Yesterday we were lucky enough to have the Howick Firemen visit us to conclude our Firewise unit. They reminded us about staying safe and 'Get Down, Get Low, Get Out-Fast'. We hope that you have been able to have a lot of discussion at home around this too.

What an action packed week Room 21! I bet your hot cross buns were delicious. I was very disappointed that I was out of School at a meeting when the Firemen came. Looks like you had a great time and learnt a lot about keeping safe.
